Train Ticket Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds
Depending on the type of train ticket you purchased and the terms and conditions applicable to it you may be able to cancel and obtain a refund or make changes to / amend your ticket by completing the request form below.
If you are unsure what type of ticket you have purchased please refer to your email booking confirmation to determine the ticket type(s) that you purchased.
What type of tickets are able to amended and/or refunded is specified in the National Rail Conditions of Carriage that you may download here.
If your train is delayed or you experience any other issues with the level of service you will have to contact the train company who operated your journey. You will find this information in your booking confirmation. The National Conditions of Carriage which will explain your rights in this regard.
How To Amend Your Train Ticket
Generally travel dates and times on all train tickets are able to be amended, but is important that you are aware of the following:-
- You can amend dates and times but NOT the departure point, destination or train operator.
- Amendments should be processed within 28 days of the travel date that you wish to amend.
- If the fare type paid is no longer available or has changed the cost of the new fare will apply.
- You will be charged a £10 administrative fee.
If you purchased your train tickets through Splittickets, Railsaver or Raileasy, you may request an amendment by using the online form below.
To amend your train tickets you will need to first re-book a new ticket here, obtain a new booking reference and then complete the form below.
How To Cancel Your Train Ticket / Request A Refund
Please first check if your ticket is cancelable/refundable before submitting a refund request. You will find this information in you confirmation email. Whether or not a ticket is refundable is determined by the fare type which is set by the train operating companies, and not by us.
All refunds for cancelled bookings will be made back to the credit / debit card that was used to complete payment for them.

*Calls cost 4.2 pence per minute plus VAT from a UK landline. Calls from a mobile phone vary depending on your individual tariff and provider but typically (based on iPhone 12 month contract with Tesco mobile) calls from a mobile should cost around 20 pence per minute. Lines are open 9am till 5pm Mon-Fri.
